1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Clearance and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact our customer service team at hello@luluraes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. Exchanges

• If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the replacement.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your item was part of a free shipping promotion, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the remaining balance falls below the free shipping threshold.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
